TuTaxi needed a website that clearly communicates its taxi booking services and app features for users in Colombia. The key challenges included:
- The homepage did not clearly explain what the platform offers or how it benefits riders
- Taxi request features (app, WhatsApp, fare calculator) were not structured intuitively
- Calls-to-action (e.g., “Request Taxi,” “Download App”) were weak or not highlighted
- Lack of trust elements and explanations reduced conversion potential
