🔴 The Challenge
Swing & Shade Installations aimed to create an online presence that clearly communicates their outdoor installation services — from swing sets and pergolas to shade structures — while building trust and encouraging customer enquiries. The existing site needed better clarity, structure, and engagement:
- Visitors had limited guidance on the range of services offered (e.g., swing set assembly, pergola and gazebo installation)
- Service descriptions lacked clear structure and hierarchy, making it harder to understand offerings at a glance
- Navigation between service pages, gallery, and contact information could be confusing
- No strong conversion elements to prompt quote requests or bookings
- Trust-building components like testimonials and project examples were not prominent enough
